Post your first client role

Go from a three-line brief to a live role on your career page. The AI writes the first draft; you keep editing rights on every word.

Write the brief

Open Jobs → New role. You do not need a finished job description. Three lines is genuinely enough: the job title, the client or department, and the two or three things that actually matter for the hire.

  1. Enter the role titleUse the title a candidate would search for — “Senior Backend Engineer”, not “Req 2261 · BE III”. This title is what appears on your career page and in search results.
  2. Pick the client or departmentAgencies pick the client company. In-house teams pick the department. This drives who on your team sees the role by default.
  3. Add your must-havesTwo or three non-negotiables — years of experience, a licence, a location constraint. The AI weights these heavily when it ranks candidates later.
  4. Set the deadlineRoles need a live deadline to stay published. When it passes, the role comes down automatically and stops accepting applications.

Review the AI draft

Choose Generate description. You get a full draft in about ten seconds — responsibilities, requirements, and a short company paragraph pulled from your organisation profile. Edit it like any document; nothing is locked.

Add screening questions

Screening questions are the highest-leverage thing on this page. Two or three good ones cut your review time more than any filter. JuggleHire suggests a set based on the role; keep what is useful and delete the rest.

Question typeWhen to use it
Short answerBest for links and specifics — portfolio URL, notice period, licence number.
Single choiceBest for hard filters. Answers can be marked as deal breakers, which the AI then treats as automatic rejections.
Multiple choiceBest for skills coverage, where more matches mean a better fit.
File uploadPortfolios and certifications. PDF, DOC and DOCX up to 10 MB per file.

Publish and share

Publishing puts the role on your career page immediately and generates a share kit — a direct link, pre-written LinkedIn and X posts, and an embeddable widget for the client’s own site.
