How do I schedule an interview in JuggleHire?
You schedule interviews directly from the candidate profile while you are reviewing the applicant — there is no need to switch to a separate calendar or scheduling tool.
Does JuggleHire sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, one way. Interviews you book with Google Meet are created in your connected Google Calendar and the guests you add are invited. Zoom and in-person interviews are not added to Google Calendar. Changes made in Google Calendar do not flow back to JuggleHire, and a reschedule in JuggleHire emails the candidate a new calendar file but does not move the Google event.
Are video meeting links created automatically?
For virtual interviews, JuggleHire automatically generates a Google Meet link. You can also connect Zoom via OAuth and pick a preferred conferencing tool per recruiter, so meeting links are created for you either way.
Can I add other interviewers to a scheduled interview?
Yes. You can add guests — additional recruiters, interviewers, or the hiring client — to any scheduled interview, which is useful for panel rounds and client sit-ins.
Can I reschedule an interview after it is booked?
Yes. You can edit and reschedule an existing interview at any time. The candidate gets an email with the new time and an updated calendar file; update the Google Calendar event yourself.
